I have researched what the film is about and it is different from most, whereas most horrors line themselves up for a decent or completely average sequel, this film ends with a complete massacre leaving no hope for a sequel. The film just seems to have been made for the sake of it and doesn't have a sensible plot, neither does it make much real sense to why the zombies are occurring. This film is a french movie, using subtitles for American and British audiences, winning many film festival awards eventually making it into the US and the UK cinema's.

The plot revolves around a group of policemen, spurred by the death of a colleague, who storm a social housing complex, located in the harsh north of Paris, which has been entrenched by a criminal gang. But suddenly, the Flics find themselves confronted with quite different opponents: Zombies.

The trailer starts with complete irrelevance to zombies where from what it looks like 2 gangs are fighting or something is about to be stolen. From this point on there isn't really any music, just short sounds from the zombies through quick action shots. It doesn't stay on a camera shot for over a second and gives the audience a very good indication on the kind of apocalyptic zombie fest they are about to endure. We hear alot of diegetic sound from the zombies, humans, guns, glass, screaming, etc which is completely effective in this kind of film and situation.
